Bangladesh skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz endured a challenging start as Alzarri Joseph relentlessly tested him. However, Miraz found his footing and steadied the innings alongside Jaker Ali Anik, who joined him after Litton's dismissal. At tea, Miraz is unbeaten on 22, with Jaker Ali on 5.

Resuming at 105/3 after lunch, Litton Das and Mominul Haque adopted a balanced approach, mixing caution with occasional attacking strokes. Mominul showcased resilience to bring up his third fifty against the West Indies but fell immediately after, scoring 50 off 116 balls. Litton Das, after a composed 76-ball stay, was undone by an inside edge off Shamar Joseph.

Eventually, Hasan Mahmud broke the stubborn partnership late in the session, clean-bowling Roach for a well-made 47. However, Greaves continued his fine innings, reaching his maiden Test ton amidst applause from teammates and spectators.

West Indies added 79 runs in 29 overs during the session, with Greaves and Kemar Roach frustrating the Bangladeshi bowlers early on.
